Calgary will host World Geothermal Congress 2026

The International Geothermal Association (IGA) has announced that Calgary, AB has been selected to host the next World Geothermal Congress, taking place in June 2026 at the Calgary TELUS Convention Centre.

According to the IGA, Calgary’s proposal for the event was chosen due to its thoughtful planning, and because of the enormous growth potential of the geothermal sector in the region.
