Watts Water Technologies, Inc. has announced it is acquiring Menomonee Falls, WI-based Bradley Corporation.
Bradley manufactures washroom and emergency safety products for the commercial, institutional and industrial markets.

With expanded end market access, increased product diversification, a strengthened go-to-market position and our highly experienced leadership team, Watts is well positioned to capture run-rate cost synergies, capitalize on growth opportunities and drive value creation.”
The transaction is expected to close in Q4 of 2023.
