Caleffi North America, Inc. has broken ground on an expansion of its Milwaukee, WI headquarters that will double the warehouse footprint.
The expansion will allow the Caleffi’s production capacity to nearly triple.
The facility will include photovoltaic panels that will provide more than 80 per cent of the building’s electricity demands, while lighting fixtures will have individual integral motion sensors to minimize electric demands. More than 90 per cent of the facility’s materials and labour will be sourced regionally.
