Aliaxis SA, operating under the IPEX brand in North America, is purchasing the plastic pipe and fittings manufacturing division of Valencia Pipe Company.
Valencia is based in Valencia, CA, and manufactures ABS, PVC and MDPE pipe for use in a variety of applications, including water, gas, drain, waste and vent and pressure.
Oakville, ON-based IPEX says the acquisition will allow the company to expand its reach into the Western U.S.
