Boucherville, QC-based The Master Group has acquired Valley View, OH-based Refrigeration Sales Corporation (RSC), a distributor of HVAC/R products in Ohio and Pennsylvania.
The move represents an expansion of The Master Group’s presence in the U.S. This is the company’s second U.S. acquisition.
