Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) has introduced 50001 Canada Ready, a program recognizing industrial facilities and buildings implementing an ISO 50001-based energy management system.
Part of the self-paced program is the 50001 Ready Navigator tool to guide users through 25 tasks that can help implement an energy management system in order to be eligible for 50001 Ready Canada recognition. Facilities and buildings that are recognized as Ready are well prepared for ISO 50001 certification.
