Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) has announced an agreement to co-deliver the Canada Greener Homes Grant in Ontario via a process offered through Enbridge Gas’s Home Efficiency Rebate Plus (HER+) program, beginning in January 2023.
Qualified homeowners in Ontario will be able to receive up to $10,000 in rebates for retrofits, regardless of their heating type or if they are an Enbridge customer. Eligible rebates for retrofits include home insulation, windows and doors, and renewable energy systems designed to optimize energy savings. A rebate of up to $600 can offset the cost of the EnerGuide home assessment.
