DiversiTech Corp. has formed DiversiTech Europe through a merger of its UK-based DiversiTech/Pump House business with Milan, Italy’s Artiplastic, Mouscron, Belgium’s Castel Engineering, and Padua, Italy’s Rodigas.
“Having these three great companies join DiversiTech is significant not only for the launch of the DiversiTech platform in Europe, but also for the additional products and services they will provide to our customers in North America,” says Andy Bergdoll, CEO of DiversiTech.
Artiplastic, Castel, Rodigas and DiversiTech have been working together for more than 15 years. The combined company will have eight manufacturing plants in the U.S. and Europe.
The move expands DiversiTech’s global product portfolio with mini-split systems and heat pumps in commercial and residential markets.
