Benton Harbor, MI-based Whirlpool Corporation has announced it is purchasing St. Louis, MO-based Emerson’s InSinkErator business.
InSinkErator, headquartered in Racine, WI, is a manufacturer of food waste disposers and instant hot water dispensers for home and commercial use.
The transaction is expected to close in Emerson’s 2023 fiscal year.
