Milwaukee, WI- based Zurn Water Solutions Corporation is merging with Downers Grove, IL-based Elkay Manufacturing Company. The combined company will be renamed as Zurn Elkay Water Solutions, and will be headquartered in Milwaukee.
Zurn offers sustainable water solutions and products, and Elkay provides commercial drinking water solutions. The agreement will accelerate growth opportunities for both company brands.
