Daikin Comfort Technologies North America, Inc. and XOi Technologies are collaborating to offer HVAC contractors and technicians a curb-to-curb field services software solution to automate workflow.
The solution is driven by augmented reality and AI, and combines Daikin’s HVAC products and XOi software. The software connects service techs in the field, home offices and customers, while enabling data collection, photo and video documentation, real-time video support and training, plus access to product information.
