Canadian HVAC manufacturing firm Canarm is moving into the final stages of expanding its Brockville manufacturing facilities at Parkedale Avenue. In recent years, Canarm has doubled its HVAC production area at this facility to 100,000 square feet, and invested in new manufacturing technology and robotics.
The expansion will add 90,000 sq. ft. to the existing structure in two phases. Phase 1, which began at the end of August 2019, adds around 57,000 sq. ft. which will be used primarily for warehousing. Phase 2 allows for the addition of 32,000 sq. ft. as required.
Canarm president and chief operating officer Jim Cooper stated, “Brockville is HVAC! We have great people and expertise… We continue to re-invest in assets that are valuable to our customers.”
