ATS hockey fundraiser to cheer SickKids
Allied Technical Solutions (ATS) has announced that its Hat-trick for Humanity hockey tournament will be run over two days this year to accommodate the increased demand for teams.
The event, which raises money for the SickKids Foundation, will be staged at the company’s Scarborough, Ont., head office on February 6 and 7, where teams of three from the engineering, architectural, mechanical contracting and plumbing manufacturing sectors will battle for glory on a custom-made outdoor rink.
ATS president William Petro says connecting to the cause of the foundation was a natural fit for the Canadian-owned and operated company. “SickKids Hospital is a world-renowned institution and, as a parent, I feel so lucky to have access to the hospital and its services. We know that our clients and partners feel the same way and are happy to show their support for the cause. ”
ATS generates demand for the construction industry’s leading products and brands by providing specification services and information solutions.
Spectators are welcome to attend the event, where the purchase of a non-player entry ticket grants access to unlimited food, drink and the opportunity to watch competitive hockey games. Onsite games and a raffle prize draw will also add to the fun.
