Patterson-Kelley joins SPX’s HVAC subsidiary

SPX Corporation has purchased commercial boiler and water heater manufacturer Patterson-Kelley from Harsco Corporation in a deal worth approximately $80 million.

Patterson-Kelley will become part of SPX’s HVAC subsidiary, The Marley Company, which includes the Weil-McLain brand of hydronic heating systems.

Patterson-Kelley is headquartered in Pennsylvania and is expected to report 2019 full-year revenue of approximately $46.5 million.
