Daikin scoops Energy Star Canada promoter award

Daikin North America LLC has been recognized for advancing energy efficiency in Canada with the 2019 Promoter of the Year – Energy Star Most Efficient award.

The award recognizes efforts that foster market penetration and homeowner adoption of Energy Star Most Efficient air conditioners and heat pumps.

Daikin increased its Energy Star Most Efficient-recognized models by 134 per cent from 2017 to 2018. While significantly growing its portfolio of certified ducted models, Daikin was also noted to have promoted the products to its customers and independent HVAC dealers using product literature, websites and more.

Developed to promote energy efficiency, Energy Star Canada is a voluntary partnership between the Government of Canada and public, private and not-for-profit organizations.
