Wolseley acquires James Electric

Wolseley Canada has purchased Calgary-based James Electric Motor Services. In addition to selling pumps and motors, James Electric also specializes in motor repair and maintenance for its customers in Western Canada.

With the acquisition, all 64 James Electric employees will join Wolseley. James Electric president, Rick James, will also join Wolseley and continue in his current role. The company will also continue to operate under the James Electric brand for the foreseeable future.
